Roof Replacement:
-Remove existing shingles and felt. Dispose of resulting debris
-Install 30 years Landmark shingles (Owner’s Choice)
-Install #30 felt as an under pavement.
-Replace existing pipe collars.
-Install Starter Shingles.
-Reseal flashing
-Protect the shrubs and plants around the work area.
-Magnet sweep to be used in work area to remove any discarded nails.
-Any rotten plywood will be an additional charge.
-A 2 year workmanship warranty.
