We handle all your home needs from pilings to roof and are licensed, insured and legally certified to handle any and ALL of your fire, mold and water damage, whether it’s from Nor Easters, leaking hot water heaters to full blown hurricane flooding and damage.
- We have all the necessary equipment and man power to get your home back in place and in business quickly, thoroughly and efficiently.
- We handle not only your DEMO but your full put back (including offering upgrades should you decide to do so).
- We work closely with your insurance agent to remove as many headaches as we can for you as well as to ensure you receive all the insurance monies that you are entitled.
Often, after assessing an insurance job, our contractor finds issues that may have been overlooked by the agent and makes sure that your demo is looked at thoroughly during the assessment process.
- Can we re-use any existing materials?
- Should we re-use certain materials if insurance says to do so?
- Does the insurance claim remove enough insulation or material to make sure you start with a secure, safe re-build?
Since we build houses from the ground up, we know every step along the way to make sure you have not received damage that should have been addressed during the agent assessment. We take as much stress off of you as we can.
Our licensed NC Residential, General Contractor, Scott L. Woolard, Jr. has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. His eyes are on every job we do.
